Support active formulas efficacy

 Lysofix™ Liquid boosts active ingredient bioavailablity for enhanced efficacy at lower dosage: by modifying the fluidity of the stratum corneum, Lysofix™ Liquid improves the bioavailability of both lipophilic and hydrophilic active ingredients and increases their penetration into deeper skin layers, maximizing product effectiveness.

  • hydrophilic active ingredients (such as caffeine and beta-arbutin)

Key observations: - The pink line represents "1% Lysofilx™ Liquid + 0.5% CoQ₁₀ in PBS Buffer." This condition shows a steady increase in CoQ₁₀ delivery over time, reaching around 525 DPM at 24 hours. - The black line represents the "Positive control: 60% DMSO + 0.5% CoQ₁₀ in PBS Buffer." This condition shows an initial increase, peaking around 6 hours at approximately 290 DPM, then fluctuates and stabilizes around 190-210 DPM for the remainder of the 24 hours. - The gray line represents the "Negative control: 0.5% CoQ₁₀ in PBS Buffer." This condition shows a slow increase, reaching about 130 DPM at 24 hours. Summary: - The 1% Lysofilx™ Liquid formulation significantly enhances the diffusion of CoQ₁₀ compared to both positive and negative controls. - The positive control shows moderate diffusion initially but plateaus early. - The negative control shows the least diffusion over 24 hours.

Lysofix™ Liquid enhances hair shaft vitality by stimulating multiplication of Hair Follicle Dermal Papilla Cells (HFDPC) and reinforcing hair structure:
