Celebrating Brazilian Biodiversity

Through transparent & ethical sourcing and responsible cultivation

With operations based in the biodiverse Amazon region, we cultivate strong partnerships with local communities across Brazilian biomes. Our global reach allows us to ethically source a wide range of natural cosmetic ingredients that deliver positive sustainable and socioeconomic impact. We collaborate closely with these communities to focus on ingredient traceability, environmental conservation, and fair-trade practices. Our mission is to impact the Beauty and Personal Care industry sustainably from plant to bottle.

Sociobiodiversity Enhancement Program®

Established in 2000, the Sociobiodiversity Enhancement Program® holds the objective of establishing strategies of shared value with our supply chains of raw materials from Brazilian biodiversity through: human development in a balanced manner, appropriate profitability, ethics and transparency, and biodiversity conservation. The Program illustrates our work with suppliers' communities, which means:

  • To complement the income of agroextractive families
  • To create organizational and commercial development opportunities
  • Project opportunities with Beraca and customers
  • Trainings in good management, collection and production practices
  • Trainings to improve supply and income generation
  • Chain transparency
  • To visit and know the communities, strengthening the relationship
